With 6,000+ clients and 30+ team members located all over the world, we're growing quickly and looking for a proactive Customer Success / Sales Representative to join us.
As a Customer Success / Sales Rep, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, showcasing the value of our product, driving sales, and ensuring existing customers get onboarded and activated into our product.

You’re good at:
Strong and clear written and verbal communication.
Strong empathy for customers and their success.
Desire for committing to over delivering and following up with customers to make sure they’re successful.
Skillfully presenting and promoting digital products, driving sales, and understanding the market's needs.
Problem solving and analyzing data to gain clear insights to improve customer success.
Navigating sales negotiations and overcoming objections to secure deals.

What you’ll do:
Conduct presentations and software demos for potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value propositions of our solutions.
Provide customer onboarding support (phone calls, demo calls, email) for the first 100 days of their journey.
Build engaged relationships with clients to ensure DesignFiles is supporting every client in their business goals.
Focus on monitoring customers at risk of cancelling.
Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
Be a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to customers in relation to DesignFiles’ product.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and closed deals, within our CRM system.
What you’ll need:
3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, or similar roles.
Track record of achieving sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Extremely comfortable engaging with customers to ensure their success.
We're a fully remote team - you’ll want to be comfortable and happy working online.
You must be comfortable working on US Eastern Time Zone hours.
